While I really enjoyed this novella it seemed to be quite Mary Sue sh and the love was way too insta for my taste However seeing as this was a novella it s somewhat forgivable I will be continuing on with the series Fiction Mystery Humor and Comedy If you are a dog lover or even if you aren t you are going to love this prequel story I look forward to reading the other stories in this series Fiction Mystery Humor and Comedy This book is a prequel to Dog Town series It s awesome Now I have to read all the books It s a dog book I don t need to say Love Fiction Mystery Humor and Comedy Ready or Not in Dog Town is the prequel to the Dog Town series and is a good introduction to the series. Ready or Not in Dog townville sc This story is odd I don t evennow how to classify it It s a very short romance It sets the scene for the town of Dorset Hills I guess The story is largely unbelievable I really like Bruce and his rules He s gruff but it s necessary to protect the dogs I do disagree with taking the dog back and rehoming it at any time for any reason That hurts the very dogs you want to protect Find the right match the first time or if the first match doesn t work a spoiled diva seems to want to sink her claws into Bruce She seems like she has money and acts like it too keeping her dog in her arms like a plush toy She doesn t know the first thing about taking care of a real dog I don t know why Bruce keeps her around Is her money funding the rescue Helena doesn t seem like the type who likes to lose and if this were a full length novel I would expect cat fights with Isla over perceieved ownership of Bruce Bridget is the kind guardian angel who is matchmaker for the dogs She has strong intuition when a match will work I like her because she s the only one welcoming and nice to Island I respect Cori the top training assistant but I don t know if I LIKE her She s TOUGH I think she loves dogs than people and I don t blame her but her manner towards people is rather offputting at times Fiction Mystery Humor and Comedy This is a short prequel to the Dog Town series It tells how Isla flies in because she knows Rio is the rescue dog for her Come to find out Bruce has placed Rio with another family This may be a short read but we get to meet some of the Rescue Mafia members I won t leave any spoilers but I will say definitely read this book I ve read every one of the books in this series and have loved every one of them. Ready or Not in Dog township But since it was already given to another owner a few days earlier why did she not phone the day before getting the plain to the location is not clear she tries to spend a few time with the dog helpers that had Rio before being adopted and it just happen that one of their small dogs in their care gets stuck in some dangerous position in a crevase and who ll recuse this dog of course Isla.
